The body scan guided meditation is quite similar to many of our other guided meditations as the intent is to aid in stress reduction while helping you to achieve a breath focused mindful state. This meditation is led by Stephen Cope, we hope that you find it relaxing. Since the emphasis of the guided meditation is not only becoming mindful of our body from head to toe, but also reflecting upon one's day. We thought we would look at scenes of day's end across the world as dusk sweeps across and the sun sets. Here's to another calming guided meditation, Namaste.
