Welcome to the Addiction Alchemy Online Community

We're just getting this network started so please join in and help make this an active and vital community. Share your stories, start groups, write articles, form discussion groups. Practitioners, Counselors, Addiction Professionals, Clergy, Therapists and Energy Healers are invited to share your knowledge. This network is devoted to providing a place for those who are working with addiction and life recovery to use the unique power of the internet to form self-help groups and online communities. The internet provides a unique opportunity for people to form close bonds, yet maintain a high level of anonymity. This can create a sense of safety and foster a greater ability to open up to ourselves and others. As we peel away the layers of denial, we learn to allow ourselves to receive the care and support that we all need. May you have a good journey. ~ She Who Weaves the Web

Inspiration for a New Way: Seize the Day!

Every man dies.  Not every man really lives.  ~Braveheart

We've come so far, we've endured so much. It's time. It's our time. It's time to start living... really living, really loving, really listening and really connecting. All of us on this human journey have paid…

Thunderbird going Center=Paradoxes

I went walking in Lakes Park just before the sun came up. Spotted a Hawk on the roof next door.. another one walking into the park and another one as I walked over a bridge...round the corner and there is a huge Hawk in the pine tree and in the next pine tree was a very large Pileated Woodpecker; across from him were a half a dozen smaller woodpeckers..amongst all the other birds in the park.. smiling from the inside at the beauty and amazement of God and Nature, thinking that this truly is… Continue

Lessons from Geese

By Angeles Arrien

Fact 1: As each goose flaps its wings, it creates an "uplift" for the birds that follow. By flying in a "V" formation, the whole flock adds 71% greater flying range than if each bird flew alone.

Lesson 1: People who share a common direction and sense of community can get where they are going quicker and easier because they are traveling on the thrust of one another.

Fact 2: When a goose falls out of formation, it suddenly feels the… Continue

Gratitude & Jello

This morning in my meditation/reflection I had a wonderful "congealing" of thought. It wasn't something that I haven't been aware of, but today it became a little more focused in my mind. Today it looked like something a little less liquid, and just a touch more formed, something I can now bounce and jiggle around in my brain and even touch with my hands. Oh, it's delicious isn't it?, when some slippery thought takes shape, not unlike jello (with whipped cream, of course).

What I'm… Continue

Divine Feminine

I will put June 19th on my calendar ! I have enjoyed traveling the wheel and look forward to continuing in the Black Panther group. Any suggetions for classes or books-I would like to learn some methods for protection due to my work. I also would like to know when the art class is happening you discussed in our last panther group. Good luck on your new home. Blessings-Taylor

It is my belief that all journeys as well as rainbows, end where they begin, but actually that means that nothing really has a beginning or an end, the journey between what we see as the beginning or the end is the actual thing that alters. The…
